Terms Of Service
By commissioning me you are aware of my terms of service and willing to follow it
Commissions are for personal use only.
Reposting the commission is allowed but please credit me/my social media (@airhatt). I also have the right to post the artwork on my social media unless otherwise discussed.
You will receive a full-resolution digital file (.png) shared through Gmail. No physical item will be delivered.
I am allowed to decline any commissions if I believe that I cannot fulfill/ successfully deliver what you have requested.
Time to finish the Commission depending on the complexity of the request, and how busy I am with other commissions.
Payment will be via Paypal invoice (for international transactions). I will start the commission once the full payment has been processed.
No refunds once the commission has started. I will only refund if for some reason I cannot complete your commission or if I have not started.
please provide references if you want anything specific (background, pose, weapon, etc), if not the work might get delayed and I will use my own creative freedom.
I will send a sketch for approval, after approval I will proceed to render and finish your commission.
Changes to the commission can only be requested during the sketch phase. I will not do any major changes during the rendering stage.
clients are allowed to request for WIPs.
It is your responsibility to re-read and understand my Terms Of Services, an error for not understanding my policies will not be tolerated, make sure to re-read my TOS before ordering to avoid cancellation.
